Working From Home? Here Are 5 TED Talks to Inspire You.

The global pandemic caused a sudden shift towards remote work as health authorities issued restrictions on social contact. Workers around the world have shifted to working remotely. Where some people faced enforced office closures others chose to stay home out of a sense of social responsibility. 

While some companies have resumed office work albeit with restrictions other companies are still continuing with remote work. As more of the global population gets vaccinated there is hope that more businesses will open fully but no one can tell for sure. Times are still uncertain and no one can predict how long we will have to work from our homes. 

Prolonged work from home arrangements can make you feel unmotivated and stressed out. 

While we cannot give you hope for immediate change, we’ve compiled a list of TED talks you can watch to keep yourself motivated during this time. What better way to get motivated to be more productive than listening to people who are experts in their fields.

Once you’re sufficiently inspired listen to the Stanford University professor to get some real data on how remote work benefits all. Get to know how research proves that letting workers work from home leads to actual gains for companies.
