Each member commits to taking their Clifton Strength Assessment and uploading their results so we can add those strengths to your profile. We offer one another our strengths to help one another through different situations that happen in our professional and personal lives. Strength borrowing is a huge part of our community.

If you are accepted into our community, you will have the option to pick from 4 different membership levels. These levels are jam-packed with benefits to you socially, personally, and professionally. When you choose to invest in yourself by paying for your membership, we will add money to your wallet to spend within the community.

With each membership payment, you will be given currency to buy, sell, and trade services with another member. This gives you the opportunity to interact and receive feedback as well as access products and services you need to ascend to the next level in your life.

You can also participate actively in the community and earn currency to spend on the things you want and need. The more you give to the community, the more currency you earn. This is a Help Economy, where you are never asked to give without being rewarded for your time, skills, knowledge, resources, and expertise.

The women in this group are all professional women who get up every day and take their professional life to the edge. We have many unique challenges as professional women and need a place where we can openly talk about our good days, bad days, challenges, and successes. We need to be able to access resources and people who can help fill in the needs we have.
