Meet Our Founder Audra Hajj

Audra Hajj created the Ascension Exchange after working with over 3,100 clients within her ad agency which was opened in 2006. To date, she has helped over 3,100 businesses launch from an idea, restructure, systematize, or relaunch in six countries. She has helped create 34,000 jobs worldwide. At the high point of her agency, she employed 311 employees working internationally out of 6 offices.

Audra Hajj is a speaker who has traveled the world speaking on business development and the power of entrepreneurs and how they are the key to stabilizing the economy.

“The only way to reboot and stabilize this economy is to embrace, empower, and support the entrepreneur. They are agile and can quickly affect their local communities,” says Audra.

In February of 2020, she was invited to be a keynote speaker in Korea for the World Summit 2020, where she spoke to over 6,000 economists, world leaders, and congressmen on the topic of economic development. Creating legacies for entrepreneurs is her life’s calling. She speaks regularly at the International Association for Economic Development on topics related to business growth and fights for the rights of small to midsize businesses.

Audra is a systemization, automation, and optimization expert. Her ability to remove the mundane task in an organization to free up the human capital has shifted business worldwide into lean, mean, money-making machines.

The Birth of Ascension Exchange

What Audra found after working with so many companies is that the businesses run by women were scalable, coachable, adaptable, and happier. But these traits were often seen as disadvantages rather than being celebrated.

Audra Hajj was also the CEO of Angel Investors Network where she was intimately involved in positioning business for investment. She worked on business plans, pitch decks, branding, marketing, operational excellence, coaching on presentations and events, and facilitated introductions to investors.

After seeing so many great businesses owned by women get asked different questions than their male counterparts she decided to walk away and create a space where women can lean on one another and get the support and resources to grow their business collaboratively and in a nurturing environment.

It is her vision to create a community where one woman’s success is a notch in the belt of all the community women. When we pull together and collaborate we can and will make a positive impact in our communities, homes, personal lives, and professional lives.

Audra believes, “With the right support network, women do not have to choose between success, family, spiritual beliefs, or happiness. We can have it all in a community joined by our shared purpose of service to one another and our local communities.”
