It is our goal here at the Ascension Exchange to create a Help Economy where we empower women in business with the knowledge, support network, and resources needed to create legacies for themselves and their families.
With the right support network, women do not have to choose between professional success, family, spiritual beliefs, and happiness. We can have it all in a community joined together by our shared purpose of service to one another and our local communities.
HOW WILL WE DO THIS?
Our elite global paid membership community is infused with cutting-edge technology and tools for growth and collaboration. These include blockchain, cryptocurrency, bartering, buy, sell, trade, personal development, professional development, peer mentorship, and social connection through live and virtual networking opportunities. We will increase the odds of success for businesses being built, optimized, and supported by the community by attracting members that are all vested in one another’s successes. When you succeed we all succeed.
We also will be creating our own economy with our in-community currency that can be used to buy, sell, or barter for the products and services we need to elevate ourselves and our business. Every member has Ascension Coins to spend, so no more giving to others who do not have money to pay for your expertise. Each paid membership automatically gets money given to them to spend within the community to help them elevate and reach their goals through access to resources and mentorship. You choose to invest in yourself through our membership programs which include building you socially, professionally, and personally, we will then give you money to spend in our help economy. The more you buy, sell, and trade the more money we deposit into your wallet!
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
We believe that creating stronger economies led by women is the most impactful approach to creating healthier, stronger communities. When women are in leadership positions fueled by passion and purpose it leads to higher living standards, lower unemployment, increased life expectancy, and a healthier community. We are dedicated to economic development rooted in inclusiveness and diversity that focuses on both business and personal development.
We set out to create a safe place where professional women can network with other professional women. A place to talk about business, love, romance, sex, spirituality, relationships, menopause, periods, family, co-workers, successes, and challenges! No topic is taboo! Yes, finally a true women’s professional club with open communication, trust, and hearts of service.
Let’s look at the word safe. Safe defined here in our network is the ability to talk business and share our passion without alienating those around us, without our spouses and family members rolling their eyes at us because we are talking business at a social event. “ Wait…that does not just happen to me?” LOL
The truth is business is our happy go-to place! But to many outside the professional world, it is uncomfortable and boring. Boring…imagine that!
We have created a place where we can bring our good days and bad and talk among other professional women who are dealing with the same issues. No one here will be bored as you talk about your business or personal successes or challenges. Here we celebrate and support each other.
