We have two categories of ladies in our community. The first is the professional woman working at a company, and the second is an entrepreneur who owns her own business.

In our economy, you will get paid for the products, services, and knowledge you have and share with others. You will have your own shop and be able to list the products and services you offer at the price you sell them for.

Members can search for your services and buy with their ascension coins, or the two of you can choose to trade products and services, or a partial transaction of coin and barter.

As busy business ladies, we often find it hard to invest in ourselves, and that was one of the driving factors in creating this community. We need to, we deserve to, we have to strengthen ourselves personally and professionally and create deeper meaningful connections.

The Ascension Currency can only be used in the Help Economy within our tech platform. They have a 1:1 ratio in our community meaning every Ascension Coin dollar equals 1 real dollar buying power in our economy.

The amazing thing about our economy is that if you have some time to give and share your knowledge, skills, and resources with others you can earn an incredible amount of coins to spend on the things you need most. 

In the outside economy that we all live in, most of us are giving these things to others without compensation. The more you give to others in the Help Economy and show up for yourself to advance socially, personally, and professionally the more you earn!

Our community is filled with professional women who need to buy things for themselves personally and professionally. They all have money to spend each time they pay their membership, attend events, or give to others their time, knowledge, products, or services! So you have a targeted audience who has money to spend.

When you successfully sell or trade your service we apply a success fee of 15%. The 15% covers the transaction fee, escrow fee if selected by you to hold the money until confirmation of service or product exchange, project management, and arbitration if there is an issue with a transaction.

We also help manage the relationship by communicating between the two of you during the transaction, as needed, proactively helping keep things moving smoothly. Many disputes in our business happen because of the lack of communication and miscommunication of expectations. We have a system that will help avoid this and create an amazing environment to transact.

We want to maintain a high standard for our community members. The very first thing we ask of our potential members is to take their Clifton Strength Assessment, to find out their top 5 strengths. We start with what is RIGHT with you in our community. We are a strength-based community that shares our strengths with one another.

Once you take your assessment we ask that you upload the results and fill in our questionnaire, which will be sent to our membership community. They will review and schedule an interview with you. Soon after you will know if you are the right fit for our community, and if our community is the right fit for you.
